I've wanted to do a cover of this ever since Lynsey de Paul passed and this is it! I was 9 when this came out and even then was struck by what a lovely, sad song this was.

I fell in love with Lynsey de Paul when I was a teenager, right from that first sighting of her singing 'Sugar Me' on TOTP's. Nice cover, H and that sparse accompaniment makes the song very poignant & expressive.

I can feel it, cause this version of yours is really intense. I didn't knew Lynsey de Paul, but I've to thank you, cause now I know who wrote 'Sabato', one of my favorite songs ever (here singed by Mia Martini)
