Another Midnight press and go.

I'm posting this because the song touched me like no other song in a long time. Second chord in I'm crying and still crying listening to it this morning. It's a 1950's Cliff Richards song and I can only assume has some connection with my Mum & Dad.

A really nice version, Hilary. Takes me back to my childhood too. Nostalgia time once again. Nicely done, J

Isn't it interesting how there's much more than a minute and a half of space in this song? It feels longer, it feels like one is reminiscing back over some very long period of time.  There's a sense of time stretching back out of mind.

Thanks for posting this one. I felt the sincerity and authenticity of the delivery.

Love it, Hilary, I remember the original well.
Funny I was thinking about an old Cliff Richards song only yesterday.
Constantly, do you remember that one,
Well done... Alex

I don't know the original but this was great to hear. Another lovely one press wonder, a very intimate vocal and gentle accompaniment resulting in a beautiful piece.

I don't know the original, but it's a beautiful song. And I like the way you sing it in a slowly lower register to usual. Sounds really heartfelt and moving. What a lovely thing.
