Love the directness and honesty, but I think it's a lot more complex than the stripped-back arrangement suggests. The playing and chords are beautiful, and the vocal is delivered so well. It's lovely!

Another one press wonder Hilary. Like Tim said, there's a lot more to this than just a few chords and pressing record. You combine the playing and the vocals together really well to create much more than some vocals over a backer. You're getting really good at this type of thing, well done.

Always like to listen to your music , direct and to the point , which is a art in itself , your composition does not need anymore than chords and vocals , clean and bright with an air of its own

I feel this one pretty deeply because I have a very good friend that the lyrics in this song kind of apply directly to.  This person is waiting for someone to kind of reciprocate or make the next move.

I'm a happily married dude, but I know so many people who are just waiting for something extraordinary to happen to them.

It so happens that waiting for someone else to say "hey, I rather fancy you" may never ever happen, and yet, there we sit, waiting for it.

Ain't that life.  And thus, I think, that's a good song you've got there.
