Killer tones, killer playing and killer riifs! Really enjoyed this Steve, you created a fantastic feel here and there's some really tasty guitar work going on. I too like some of the BR onboard patches and you used them to very good effect here. Nice job on the P Pads as well.

This one is really worthy of developing further.

Yeah, great sound here. I love the whole Southern Rock thing. You have done a great recording here, I like the layers of guitars you have going on, you have a big sound happening. Cool!

The BR1600 tones are very good, Roland/Boss have been doing the COSM thing for over 20 years - and they got it to a very high standard. I always struggled with the bass tones though. Great little tune, bounces along like a treat.

I agree... I haven't found the bass settings to be so friendly in the 1600 either so what I usually do now is use my Boss ME-25 (for guitar dummy me)... and set it on a tad overdriven for rock music and mellower stuff I just clean settings.... but I need to get a dedicated bass pedal of some sort....I am limited because of this...

Nice jam!  Some bass would be the icing on the cake. (Not hearing it on my speakers, if you have it in there, turn it up a bit).   ;)

I had recorded this a while back and I hadn't learned yet that with the Les Paul humbuckers if I don't eq out everything below about 125hz on the guitar it is so strong it will block the bass guitar sounds... that is what happened there... I learned that here on SC and after I started eq ing correctly the bass magically appeared...but this recording I can't find anymore so I couldn't fix it....
