Ray, this is an amazing piece of work. The subject matter is uncomfortable for most to think about but its a sad part of real life. Very impressive work indeed.

As always....you are incredible... all your songs are exceptional...but this is even better... kind of goes with "Snakes in the Cradle" to me...not so much musically but theme wise... well done sir!

A great song Ray. It's strange cause I actually read a few of the comments before I listened so I knew what it was about lyrically, but the strange thing is the music is so beautiful it kind of masks the dark subject matter as I get drawn to just the beautiful piano / harmonica and melody etc. I am normally drawn to melody more than lyrics anyway (unless they are really powerful as they are here). But when you think about it, the gentle soothing melody is perfect and kind of mimics the subject matter who typically hide themselves and mask themselves as harmless individuals. But yes... brilliant song Ray.

Thanks, Mike that's just what I wanted to portray - these creeps present themselves as normal friendly humanoids but really they are rancid reptillian mongrels. Hence I wanted to use a nice melodic theme to hide the venom of the subject matter. Thanks again.

I can only agree with everyone else. A disconcerting subject that you handle well in the storytelling, coupled with superb piano playing. It's quite an accomplishment to marry the two together in a way that works so well. A compelling listen. Very nicely recorded and produced as well, excellent work Ray.
