Curious how it was recorded. Is this direct into an audio interface, or acoustically mic'd?

The production is good.

Is this a guitar with a trem?  The pitch wobbly bits are quite interesting and unusual.  I kind of like to noodle on guitar too, and I totally enjoyed this.
