Frank53

Hello, everyone. My name is Frank Northcutt. I'm a member of 64guitars' BossBR message group on Yahoo. Began recording in 2001, with a BR-532. I now use a BR-900CD.

I was originally a drummer in various bands for a number of years. I gave the late hours, and taught myself just enough keyboard, guitar, and bass to embarrass myself. I completed a CD of covers back in '04, to learn a little about recording. Currently, I'm writing and recording songs for my first collection of originals (a never-ending project, it seems), as well as engaging in internet collaboration with a number of other musicians around the world.

My musical meanderings can be heard at...

Welcome aboard Frank! I'm glad you've joined. You're a talented songwriter and musician and you'll fit right in here.

Feel free to post some of your songs in the "Post your MP3" child boards for the BR-532 and BR-900. They're just getting started and could use some posts (especially BR-532).

And check out the Collaborations board. I'm sure there are lots of people who'd like to work with you on a song or two.

There's currently a Neil Young Festival going on here. If you feel like doing a Neil Young cover of your own, or collaborating with someone else, please go for it!

If you loose track over a chord progression, play as fast as you possibly can. Nobody will know. Thats how they invented bebop.

Thanks folks, for the warm welcome!

Yes, 64 recommended this place. I've always used BR's, so the more people whose brains I can pick, the better. LOL! I'll try to post a couple things this weekend, and listen to what's been posted.

Hey, 48. Would that be Manchester, England?
