"The Pain" a Hook original

Put new strings on my Traveler Electric and it palyed so nicely that this song came out. I had some lyrics from a few days ago a wha-lah. This is basically my Traveler, the new Ibanez A/E bass & drums from garageband and drumjam apps. Did the vocals in my car (in my driveway) this morning at about 5:30 am.

I feel just the right amount of slow cutting this lawn ... loving the wobble on pain in the headphones if it wasn't for the lyrics I'd say this was an upbeat tune it bursts along with a force .... which may even get me of my arse to finish this lawn .. pleased you released the traveller re strung ....  a cracking tune  .... will have to take another toke I'm running out of smoke to blow ?

What a fantastic song.. love it on the first listen !  You should do more full band recordings like this , it's awesome. I'm getting a bit of The Cure influence ?

Excellent Hook,the music reminds of the style of the cure.
When you put more  instruments on you really go for it.
The lyrics are at odds with the tune as the tunes so bubbly.
A cracker of a song.

When the Cure came to Sydney in the late 90's I took my daughter to the concert as she was a big fan. I figure I was the only guy in the audience not wearing mascara LOL.

just went back for a 2nd listen...and almost 6 min makes this even better because this will make a wonderful track for when I lost in the endorphins during a long run....when the brain becomes opiated and the body is buzzing... a naturally occuring tranquil brain induced state...ha and people think I run for my health!
