This is a real cracker Tommy - you have excelled yourself here. I love all your own compositions, but would imagine it is harder trying to copy another guitarists playing note for note and remembering them all at the speed it flies along at. Perfect copy - love it.

Thank you all for listening and for the bump BB!!   I really butchered this but good, and it felt great!   i prob played this a hundred times in the past, but there are soo many unique licks that each time i sit down and play this number, i learn something new from the master.............   study something of his, and you will learn something in a new realm every time.    ~~>truly a great summer song baby!

I've got a copy of Satriani doing this on a 3G DVD and this is everybit as good if not better, but if you ever get any spare time indulge me and do something by Eric Johnson. This is supurb..........Willie

I use to play "Cliffs of Dover" by Eric Johnson years ago, when our band had a really good jazz drummer.   It would take me a bit to re-learn the various parts to the song again, but i think that it would be fun to revisit some of his tunes...

I saw him with Steve Vai and Satriani at one of their G3 tours.  EJ is a much more laid back performer, but a very good guitarist, with loads of tricky and unusual technique.

Thanks for listening and commenting!
