I can't lie -- I'm not a Satriani fan (don't kill me for saying that :-[) -- but there's no denying his talent.  AMAZING guitarist, to say the least.  And as far as I'm concerned, this might as well be him playing, because I hear absolutely no flaws and nothing but badassness.  Why aren't you selling millions of records, Satchwood???

Definitely high-octane!  I can appreciate it -- despite my current music, don't forget, I used to be a metalhead way back in the day.  Also a drummer for various bands, many of which were very LOUD. :o

I used my "black beauty" Kramer Strat either playing through my Line 6 amp and built-in fx or through the MBR Sustin patch...can't recall...

Lots of sustain and wammy bar activity for sure  8)
