Back for my 3rd listen over several days before commenting.  Love this song and your version is very nice.  Sounds like you have some kind of soft beat going to drive the song, which I like, sounds almost like tapping palm on the back of a guitar(?).  And of course your singing and piano is marvelous.

I recall looking at the sheet music for this and seeing lots of (to me) "exotic chords", but this is one that I'd eventually learn how to play.

I used to always hear the lyric as "fields of holly", but eventually realized it is "fields of barley"!
