There are a few Latino rhythms going on here.  I originally started this with the intention of attempting some Santana-ish guitar on it but then I read the brief again - avoid guitar widdling - which I suspect is where I would have ended up.

The drums are primarily multi-track loops with a few bits "played" on a control pad where I couldn't find loops to fit.  I used Omnisphere for most of the synth sounds and a few bits of orchestral library stuff here and there.  The double bass is played on Trillian.

I may yet get to widdle some guitar, and I might post that if I manage to make it vaguely melodic....

Oh - and I quite like eggs.

Like the groove, right off the bat. Nice mix of instruments and rhythms. Cool change at 1:50. Fun tune.
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

A great groove getting an image of the man from uncle in action

Funky little number! I enjoyed that. I am also a fan of huevos rancheros, when I can find them (rare up here, at least done decently).

A very cinematic vibe here. The synths give the latin rhythm an edgy feel and I agree with Trev, this would make good music for a spy movie. Very cleverly put together and well mixed and produced as always Paul. Definitely a bit different and very enjoyable.

Hi Paul you have put a lot of work into this composition , its very very catchy especially when the synth comes in with the riff , and the changes you have put in when the rhythm kicks in , takes you of somewhere else and then pops you back into the main body of the track , i really enjoyed the feel of the music, and the production class stuff

Cool Paul! That double bass is making my desk top monitors bounce, lol. In line with other comments I can see 007 sneaking about. This stuff is beyond my narrow creative mind and capabilities....well done!

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

I love these kinda Latino rhythmic tracks, especially when the percussion is busy and the instrumentation is sparse, as is the case here. The precision of everything happening in this track is so spot on and gotta love that bass line. Despite all the percussion/instruments doing their stuff there is still a lot of space in the mix which is an achievement in itself. Great work; well done.

Really interesting mix of electronica and jazz... The double bass is great to hear and great to hear some drum rolls too. Echoes of the Dirty Harry soundtrack. very cool Paul.
