For Alter Ego Fest - I imagined forming an alt country (cowpunk?) band with an electric 12-string as the primary instrument. I'm not sure if I succeeded as it sounds a bit like stuff I've done before. But all the guitars you hear are my Harley Benton Electric 12-string through some dirt (both rhythm tracks and the lead.) The bass is a Harley Benton bass guitar. And the band name is an anagram of Distorted Twelve. But it's kind of appropriate for a murder ballad, or a revenge ballad or whatever the heck this is.

You never thought that I would suspect
You were out to kill me
And even though I am dead and gone
You know that you just got lucky

I'm gonna haunt you night and day
Till you die or go insane
I'm gonna sit right next to you
On that long ghost train

You put poison in my cup of Joe
Early in the A.M.
You better pray the devil takes me
I'll be there when you say, 'amen.'

I'm gonna haunt you night and day
Till you die or go insane
I'm gonna sit right next to you
On that long ghost train

I'm gonna haunt you night and day
Till you die or go insane
I'm gonna sit right next to you
On that long ghost train
I'm gonna sit right next to you
On that long ghost train

Murder ballad - I loved it! The HB-12 sounds fab, and especially liked the spotlighted bass note accent in the right places.

Spooky. Love hearing people sing from beyond the grave. Cool story, and a raw, energetic performance.
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Those things we take for granted - when we're young and immature - will surely return to haunt us when we're old and insecure

There's a really nice octaved 'thickness' coming from that 12-string. It's all performed so well - a nice gritty edge and lots of swagger. The harmonies are fab too. Left me wanting more!

I too am a sucker for a murder ballad, and I loved this one! Great cowpunk groove and I love the concept and the lyrics. Reddest Love Twit is definitely a great name for a band!

The HB guitars sound great, that 12 string is very cool and I also really enjoyed the bass work. Nice to see you back, more please.......
