so I have only been on SC for a little while and this song here is totally different for me...I never picked up the guitar and I had no idea I would arrive at this when first started messing with the drum tracks programmed into my Zoom R24.. so this is just my epiphone bass, canned drums, and a little crazy sort of keyboards off my Casio Privia 350 ran through some crazy effects on my zoom with some bells too... So far i have downloaded about 12 songs off SC from artists to listen to and listen i have been as I drive around or am on my treadmill running... really good stuff and I will try and get to each one as time allows but lets just say I have a long way to go to rise to the level of say Greeny.  It's hard for me to tell whose song is whose when I'm playing them...often the info is not in the details of the file.  So I can't remember enough here to say but I will mention these songs, dance allnight, funky way, i believe, it's you, king and country, like you've just been born, memories fade, no peace for the wicked, she's beautiful, sourpuss, starry eyes, the road is straight, we're all a little bit different.....
thanks to all the authors of these and honestly I feel as though I have found a gem mine here....you see I listen to songs over and over again....and it takes me a while to digest...and as I listened to these, some more than others i was literally blown away by something about each song....
I don't know if you like this song or not but i gurantee you that you will either have a laugh or roll your eyes...perhaps both...

Those things we take for granted - when we're young and immature - will surely return to haunt us when we're old and insecure

Got a good laugh out of this. Very creative arrangement, and relatable story.
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Ferryman_1957

This is great fun, and I loved the bass sound. This is actually right up my alley, I like adding sounds and effects to stuff to either add atmosphere or just for a bit of fun. This was almost kitty rap......

We had a Comedy Fest many years back and this would have been a great entry for that. It certainly made me smile!

Flash Harry

There was a bit of Keith Levine going on there I'm sure.

It's a good track  - I would buy the album based on this one

Oh yeah cool track.

Definitely not dumb! Inventive and creative. And a cool bass sound.

Is just a piece of paper

Very quirky, creative and clever. Love the groove of that bass. This is one hell of an aural trip! Excellent.
