Boneonbone's Sergio Mendez inspired song 'Silver Nights Golden Days' reminded me of this one. It's a short Jobim style Bossa Nova instrumental that I recorded a couple years ago. The world needs more flugelhorn! :)
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.

Very nice mix of instrumental melodies. Specially like the guitar lead!

Those things we take for granted - when we're young and immature - will surely return to haunt us when we're old and insecure

Very peaceful and relaxing.

Cool sounds :)

Nice laid back vibe.

So that's what flugelhorn sounds like.

Very laid back, nice flugel and guitar melodies. A lovely way to start the day!

Probably not very representative of how they are feeling in Sao Paulo right now but hopefully things will return to some form of normality soon.......

This is right up on my street! I can almost feel warm summer breeze while walking by bossanova cafe on a sunny day :) .

Your song is good mood music. It relaxes everyone!

Brilliant Frank. Love the guitar playing and the chromatic lines on the rhodes are sublime.

And I do enjoy a good Flugel.

Can't help but feel happy when I hear this! Reminds me of days gone by.
Well done!

Oh yeah, what a lovely laid-back piece of Latin Jazz. My brother plays the flugel horn but he doesn't sound as good as this. I was enjoying that horn so much then the guitar kicked in and blew me away! Great musicianship all round, Frank; do you play all the instruments yourself?
