Tobias and his band of cross-dressing clown degenerates were well known for their outrageous on-stage antics and off-stage debauchery.

Staples of the Berlin cabaret circuit throughout the 1930's, they quickly fell into obscurity due to war and changing fashions.

Very little remains of their recorded output...

Creatively, I spend much of my time in the same weird space that I think this came from...

Mysterious, strange, fun and downright brilliant. So different, brought a smile to my face. I don't hear a guitar on this which gives it a whole new feel... super stuff. Good drinking song!

Perfectly in keeping with the track and the debauched artistes 

So yes - very acceptable behaviour (as long as the curtains were drawn  ).
