Done really quick, have absolutely no time at present, two elderly parents with dementia, never thought I,d be here but that,s just the way it goes.
Anyway bought a Harley Benton diy kit, got a art teacher who I always wanted to paint one of my guitars he did the business and I did the assembly.
At the end of this the guitar is more of piece of art than a playable guitar.

Cool art work on the guitar SE! Sorry to hear about your parents. I've been there so I can sympathize with you. A great rocker of a song in The Stones style of rock, which I like! Is this the guitar your using in the song? It sounds full of tone.

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

Yes all the guitar was using the Harley Benton kit, got a better Wilkenson wrap around bridge and some no name locking tuners ( which where rubbish ended up using the stock ones)
If anything out of this little project I've learned a little about truss rod adjustment, settings the action and intonation which on this guitar is pretty bad.
The artwork turned out great but I'm not responsible for that, well done Jordan!!
All in all I enjoyed the experience which cost about £150 ( kit, paint and add on accessories) art free ;D ;D

Sorry to hear about your folks.  It is very, very difficult.  Both my mum and mother-in-law are in the same position.

That's not a HB - that's a custom shop PRS!  You can't fool me - or rather you could!  Looks fabulous.  I do hope you get the playability sorted out because its a stunner.

Sorry, I got so taken with the pictures of the pictures of the SE ( see what I did there?) that I missed the song.  Great raucous Stonesy stuff.  And one day at a time is a great sentiment.

Nice work John, both on the guitar and the track. The guitar does look amazing, compliments to the artist (and the builder!). The track sounds great, glad you were able to use the guitar. Exvcellent raunchy sounds, I think I heard some nice slide work in there as well. And a very hummable lyric with good advice for all, especially those facing some adversity.

Best wishes to you and your parents.

I'm sorry to hear about your parents...

The song is a 3 minute rocksong at its best! Really cool groove with nice tones and vocals, works so well. Yes, perhaps a little ghost of Rolling Stones on the background. Fine job, John!

That's a rocking little track. Cool slide. And all played on a guitar you put together yourself? Very cool.
Sorry to hear about your parents - make sure you look after yourself too
