One of my favourite songs of all-time, let alone just the 90's. Have been wanting to cover it since it came out. but have only just reached the point of confidence (and ability) to do so.

All done on the MBR. MiM Strat, Fender Jazz bass, and Garageband keys and drums.

What a wonderful cover. It has the essence of the original with the Green twist, the guitars are yours all day long.

But what gets me isn't the extraordinary playing, singing, musicianship, it's that you did this on the MBR.

It's incredibly well done.

I didn't know the original so I went and listened to it, and I have to say I much prefer your version. Your guitar work is more interesting and drives the song much more effectively, and (as is usually the case these days) your vocal performance is superb. Your production also has more presence IMO.

So overall, you chose the right time to do this because you definitely knocked it out of the park!

This is a new one for me but you are right it sure is a wonderful song. It does seem tailor made for your style. Those guitars sound great, love the tremelo effect. Mixed really well too. Beautiful stuff.
