well, there is kind of a sad tone to the tune... I was just a wee tike when i heard this in the early 60s...it makes me cry now, but for a different reason...I dunno, maybe it's the same reason...but since I don't know why your little did I can't say!

sigh....I was around 4 when i remember this maybe 5...that was around 64 or 65?  I loved it then....I have a boss now whose nickname is Puff ( something from his Navy days).  I started calling him the Magic Dragon...you know as in Puff the Magic Dragon... and I was asking some of the youngsters here at work if they had heard it (40 year olds...lol).  Now I see this...really nice job on it and to know that the song will have new life...
