Kitsch Witch

In the witching hour
i have seen the power
of the graveyard flowers
on dead lips

under mackerel skies
like a marmalade of lies
this black mass heart of mine still beating

your glitter coven kiss
could make a dead man twitch
you know i can't resist
when you flick that switch

kitsch witch

she's not dressed in black
she's like a pink attack
buttoned up the back with fire

inverted crucifix
of forbidden bliss
as the owls contemplate
the spire

your glitter coven kiss
could make a dead man twitch
you know i can't resist
when you flick that switch

Loving this one Tim! The synths and drums work great, a really nice combo of slight cheese with a great beat. And the vibrato/tremolo guitars sound fantastic, they work really well with the backing. I particularly enjoyed the rising riff from the RH guitar which has a nice edge to it. Great sounds all round, nicely mixed and fun vocals as well. Love the concept and the playful lyrics, I felt they were a bit rude at times..... :o Or is that just me?  :D

Another fab Greeny Monday track.

Love the groove of this song......the synths guitars and drum tracks play off each other so well and really establish that 80's drive, and the vocals sit nicely on top of them......great mix....well done!
"Play because you love it. Don't worry about if it will ever make any money, just understand that playing is an end in itself, and you play music, it will make your life better. And, don't worry about being a star, don't worry about making money, worry about nothing, just sit down with your guitar and let it speak to you and that will make your life better. It will bring beauty into your life. It's a great thing to do."     ---- David Crosby

Nice Tim! I believe you hit your goal of creating an 80's pop synth sound. The driving rhythm guitar hits the spot perfectly. I like the ascending tremolo guitar riff...it anchors the song real well. Also when the synths come in a bit more prominently, midway in the song, is a cool touch. Fine vocals also.

This is music for listening and dance floor! Catchy number indeed, when listening to this second time. Left and right panned guitars work so well. Brilliant job on each way...

I love the concept for this and it sounds great too - it would make a great TV series!

You've got the title, the concept and the theme song right here.
