Another take on Ella and Redlers lovely track that was put up fo collab. A few few have already commented in the collab thread, but I am just posting in the correct collaboration fest jukebox.

Just a beautiful track was done by Ella and Redler and I couldn't resist giving it a go with a bit of slide guitar...

Guitar is a cheapo Harley Benton Les Paul and I am using a glass slide... thanks for listening!

I listened to the backer the other day, with a guitar in hand (rehearsing the slide part(s) for my current thing)... and I was thinking that, if someone knew what they were doing, this, just as it is, with Ella's voice and a slide guitar would be GORGEOUS...

Sounds like someone knew what they were doing!! 

And it is gorgeous.

You say "glass slide" - what sort? Have you tried the "pill bottle" ones you can get now (a la Duane Allman)? I've got all sorts of slides, but then when I got these (I think they're the Dunlop ones, can't remember) it was "OH MY". At first I thought they would be too light for me, but they're not. I don't really use anything else now.

I commented this at the collab board. This fits perfectly on the view thatI see now. I'm on the island at the cabin and the lake is calm like a mirror....

Well done Mike with the slide addition to an already good song. Your slide fits perfectly with Redler's music and Ella's vocal. It takes it in a slightly different direction....a very relaxing listen.
