Besides Satriani, Ynwgie (pronounce Ing vay) is one of my most influential guitarists of all time.

Here's a cover of his instrumental called Brothers - one of his more melodic tunes.

Hopefully I caught some of the emotional content of the song as well.  The song has a lot of meaning to me and I wanted to capture the true essense of a friend that sticks closer than a brother....I'm playing the 2 guitar parts, the backer plays the rest.

I apologize for some of the hicups in here - so call it draft 1.  I hope you like it....

Awesome playing Satch!

not sure if it's my system, but I hear some kind of warbling. Is that the backing track?

Great playing though. I always loved the song.  :)

Oh well ........

Guitar-god playing skills there my friend!!!! There is a slight 'warble' in the recording, but it doesn't detract from your masterful fret work.

Yngwie has never been a favourite of mine even thoI know he's a virtuoso....having said that you however are a mighty fine guitarist...Well done ..I wish I could move over a fretboard like that!.....

Greeny

He's one of the most technically skilled guitarists ever, but pictures of him always make me laugh (I know it was the fashion then... !  :D)

Ooooooh!

If you loose track over a chord progression, play as fast as you possibly can. Nobody will know. Thats how they invented bebop.
