One of the most frustrating things about having around 25 years off is that you can still hear what you used to be able to play but your fingers just cant get there. You also forget where you used to just flow. Its slowly coming back but i still make so many silly mistakes and often when i leap to a part of the guitar that i just know will make it sing im quite often left red faced and in totally the wrong key or ive leapt to a totally different scale so each week i try and re learn my scales etc and every so often i like to have a full on jam with my favourite guitarist of all time Mr G.

Do you know that this song was tossed away as not good enough and subsequently unfinished  ::) (Madness)

Phone quality im afraid and not my voice in the background either ;)

Excellent>..gound sound ...and beautiful guitar, it seems ;)
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Sounds pretty good to me, lovely controlled playing and great sound.

I am also jealous of the Tele, it looks beautiful. Always one of my fave guitars, I had to sell mine because arthritis means I couldn't play it properly any more..... :-[

Peter Green is one of my heroes. He was unique in that he didn't give a shit about speed of playing and amount of notes played etc. while that seems obvious now, at the time it was a showdown as to who could be the flashiest first player. Peter,  admirably was able to avoid that scene.'

...new listening  ..so good,

I didn't know much about Peter Green and Fleetwood Mac ...I listen to YT stuff ...so I'm thinking of doing a Peter Green cover. ;)
