Hi, not sure if this a song or just noise. You can be the judge :-)

Hope everyone is safe and well,

Love from Ian.

Noise - no, it sounds like something I would have gone out to buy on an indi label limited pressing in 1980. It would now be worth a small fortune.

I loved this. Experimental post-punk juiciness.

Its experimental so by nature its not going to be to everyone's taste but i think if you only wrote music for others taste then you would be really limited and its impossible to cure everyone's needs. This is what music is all about a passion, a vision, chord note or sound.

Bravery yields the best rewards

Well done ;)

I like the experimental vibe! An Australian shaman rock song - captivating!

That was kinda hypnotic and strangely captivating.

I absolutely love it, this is right up my street Ian. It's all about the use of tones, textures and noises to create a really intriguing piece of art. I regard this kind of stuff more as "art" than traditional "music", because it's all about expressing a mood or feeling rather than following a set of musical rules to construct a "song" in the traditional sense. But then maybe I have been locked down too long.... :o

Anyway, I love the sounds here and the way you build up layers of the different effects. The underlying rhythm and bass work really well, and all the different guitar sounds are very cool. And I love the non-vocal vocals, they work really well and are very off the wall.

Nice one, more like this please (for the weirdos on the site....).

Love it Ian... very liberating to listen to and must have felt that way performing too. I love practically all kinds of music including some out there prog too. This gives me a slight feel of Focus or Van der generator, proudly eccentric. Excellent Ian... more please!!

Well this is a bit different! In a good way. Shades of PiL to my ears. Hypnotic, primal and quite transcendental - excellent.

Thanks for the comments.

This was extremely experimental for me. I was trying out playing synths through guitar pedals and then sang the vocal tracks through the pedals as well.

Synths are very mysterious to me, so using guitar pedals somewhat de-mystifies them.

Pedals included were: Boss Harmonist; Hudson Broadcast; Electro Harmonix Canyon; Keeley Darkside; and maybe a a couple of others. I set them up in different combinations to see what would happen. Probably could not replicate. But would be fun trying.

Synths involved were: Novation Bass Station and MiniKorg. Nothing expensive.

Hope you are all well.

Love from Ian
