 :(  His influence on popular music is almost immeasurable. More important than The Beatles when you start looking at what sprouted from the electronic seeds they sowed. Magical & magnificent. RIP.

Very sad. I remember "dancing" to Autobahn in a disco. I was just getting into Amon Duul and Can at the time as well, so I became a bona fide krautrocker. Always loved Kraftwerk, Florian was a real innovator.
