posting a Video

I have a clip of my nieces audition I would like to post if possible it is a .mov file.  Is this possible and how do I do it??

We don't allow video uploads, however you can link to videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or dailymotion. So you'd have to first upload your video to one of those three sites.

If you do upload it to you tube for example you can then embed the link by clicking the little YouTube icon as you compose your message on songcrafters, the paste the link to the video in between the two tags. Your video will then appear as a video in your post as opposed to just a hyperlink. Hard to explain but I tried!
