Something in a laid-back Southern blues-rock style. Or so it seemed to my ears as I was writing and recording it.

Little did I know that Dwayne Allman would come and play on it  ;D  ::)

Well, my 17 yr old stepson Kit. This is him with his custom shop strat through an ibanez tubescreamer & a digitech bad monkey - and (I shit you not) one take, straight through.

I'm on acoustic, bass, vocals, Garageband organ, and some Les Paul rhythm.

Yes, I know it's not Monday  ;D

It's not Monday

It's a lovely Greeny track..

but where did that guitar lead spring from - its off the scale.

Damn... holy smoke that is some talent on guitar there. He has got ability waaaaaay beyond his years. I'm kinda floored by the playing. There are a lot of young players who have a lot of good licks, but very very few develop real taste and tasteful playing until a good bit older.

The song is wonderful, enjoyed that muchly guys.

Oh yeah.

Cool song, vocal, organ, etc... But yeah, somewhat distracted by this Kit chappie!!

You're saying there are actual 17 year olds who want to play like that?!!!!?!?!
With space, and soul, and ... wow...

That is SO cool...

There is hope for the world as we know it ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Wow and double wow!!! :o :o

This is (as usual) a classy song with a great feel and very well-balanced instrumentation. But the lead guitar does take it to another level. I was really enjoying the lead additions and was pretty impressed, but when the solo came in at around 4:35 I was completely blown away. Really fantastic guitar playing without being overbearing or cliched. And it has a fantastic feel with some superb string muting and pinch harmonics.

You know what's going to happen? We will all want more Greeny/Kit collaborations. You know it makes sense  ;)

This is just stunning..... The lyrics the groove and that lead guitar is out of this world. Love tha Hammond peeking in and out of the track as it moves along.

I NEED MORE AND DEMAND LINKS  ;D ;D

Serious kudos Greeny (Even your moniker is that of my blues idol Mr Peter Green)

Its on my playlist (Im floored)
