Okay, thanks again for the warm welcome! BTW for all of ya'll that are speaking the Queen's English, my grand father came over to the USA by boat back in 1917 and settled down in Dallas, where I'm from. Alot of our ancestry comes from somewhere over there, I plan to get there and see jolly old England one of the days.

Hey, concerning the BR's, I went through their website and played the two demo's of the BR600 (that guy's good!). I am not sure how the BR will record an acoustic guitar, so I just purchased a used Stagg R-500 dual humbacher electric to start record with with. Interesting how after playing a bass for a while the little electric 6 string is somewhat easier to play since I have little "mechanic's" fingers... Also, what kind of things can the BR do to voice recordings? All of the stuff I want to record have lyrics and I was wondering about what effects the BR can do to voice recordings.

Thanks in advance for the advice and info, looks like I'm going to have a great time on here and with the BR (more than drag racing!), Thanks again!

Respectively,
Wes

Hi Wes, and welcome to our small but music-packed community!

Greetings again, Greeny, is that a Takanene in you photo? My wife just purchased a used Takanene 12 string and it sounds like an orchestra, beautiful, slightly better than the Ventura 12 that she's had for years. Hace a n ic eday!
