I didn't know this song, even though I didn't know much Robert Plant Oops, yet Led Zeppelin)

I found out about it from my friend George (Dobrodaddy) and I thought that to learn my Lap steel "crank" it would be a good idea to try it out.
I'm getting a little closer with the lap steel and this song goes well with it.
Well, it's not easy to do Alison Krauss' second voice, which is a little high-pitched for me.

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Very nice indeed JP, I thought you did really well with the vocals. Some tight trousers no doubt....

It sounds lovely, I like all the nice little touches in there and the lap steel sounds very good to me.

Really sweet JP. I don't know the original but I do like Robert Plant and this is a lovely tune very well done... some great noises on the lap steel.

Thank you, Mike and Ferryman.

In fact the original version is not by Robert Plant and Alison Krauss but by Rowland Salley who is a musical songwriter (Chris Isaak's bass player).

You must have heard his original version

I enjoyed it very much.  And the production is great.  Great EQ - power in the bass with out sounding muddy.  Excellent.  Love the lap steel too!
