hi all:) apologies for my absence when you all have been working so hard! dam p/c problems. finally i am up and running:) again sorry for my absence. hope you have all been ok in yourselves out there? i have been overwhelmed with your awesome improvisations. wow!! haven't you all done well:)) i love all your versions and will breakdown in full why as the post goes on. i have taken onboard all your hard work & have combined a version of all our musical efforts. i feel it sounds pretty dam cool dudes. i done my best to keep in within the file size limit:) so sorry if you may feel i cut out certain parts to your wonderful versions in full. i decided to use the parts that i felt would work well for this improvisation & version. the awesome thing about it is - people can hear your versions in full here:) regards to 'saijinn mass' i hope when you hear this you will not still be thinking what did you do this for? in the wise words of bluesberry 'the main focus is the love of music, all talent levels are welcome here to share and have fun'.

i am hoping to upload this version to youtube and play in live real time direct over your wonderful musical collaborations :) i would love to showcase the boss micro br. giving you guy credits and a link back to the boss micro br community. of course i would need to know how you feel about this idea before going ahead?
i am hoping to bring many new musicians right across the scope and globe so they can enjoy the community here:)?
i await for your input on this matter:)

with respects and thanks

That actually really cool hearing all of us together ;)

And I hope I didn't come off as complaining wondering why I even did this. What I meant was how you listen back on something you did and wonder why you played a certain note or went a certain direction a "what was I thinking" type of moment. The whole hind-sight is 20/20 deal. I tend to get that a lot, especially with stuff I improvise. ;)  It's all good.

It was a great track to play against. Thank you ;)

Oh, also... Youtube is fine. Do with it what you will :D

no worries i get where you are coming from! also ahhh it's nice to hear ur in:) so that's two of us in so far:) it is so great your solid input on your version. i absolutely love your tone of guitar: ) and your licks and flicks of notes knocked me over!!! such a warm tone to your guitar. and then opens up into more treble as your version progresses.. dammm cool 8)

Hey, this is very cool, well done Bus, clever work. The changes really work well and give this a very interesting feel. Nice one everyone!

Cheers,

Thanks  :)

I am generally please with the tone I usually get. And that from an Ibanez S520ex (extreme metal lol) that isn't exactly known for its "warm" sound. The pickups I use allow me to change to tone quite dramatically based of pick attack. That is why you hear more treble come in towards the end.

Your comment mean a lot, especially considering the quality stuff you've been posting ;)

48,

Glad you were in there bro! I loved your version. I've never been able to get down that volume swell technique you used, and you did a great job ;)

thanks ferryman, launched, for your moral support & input. i hope in time you can add something new here:)? ojimi & satchwood really looking forward to your inputs and versions  -- i hope when the mood n time takes you - you will join in:)

ibanez S520ex mannn i have been racking my brains on that one till the cows come home lol. i knew it was not even close to a strat, tele, gibson, it was so brown the sound & then from nowhere went into the beautiful diverse treble. you sure use your tools well:))

48 your version with the sad guitar took this on a whole new level for me and the listener:) sooooo beautiful.. gave it so much emotion and dynamics - like brothers in arms by dire straits wow!!! is there any influence there - or a beautiful coincidence? soooo sweet the melody and waves of emotion you produced with your volume control:) *thanks sooo much*

wow geir :)) your version set the post off to an inspiring start:)) i have been hearing all kinds of vocal lines with your beautiful version. i could hear your wonderful voice in there -- i have become a fan after visiting your soundclick site:) i hope in time you will add some vocals and i will certainly enjoy backing you up. your version is sooooo pretty - i can't believe how you and saijinn found the tempo. i recorded the tempo at 90.0. - and in true musical improvisation you and saijinn homed in and nailed the beat! your bass line through out your whole version was so refreshing for me. & your guitar work wow!! even david gilmore would be proud!! really beyond words what all you guys have brought to the table:)) i could not have done it without all of your visions and talented inputs.
i so hope i get the go ahead from gier to join me & saijinn mass :)) n the sad guitar that will bring many smiles in the heart and happiness - spreading the good vibes on youtube:))
thanks again!

Thank you for you more than kind comments Bus !! And thank you for taking the time to listen to my music on soundclick as well, I really appreciate it!!

You are absolutely free to post this on youtube or wherever you want. As for vocals .... I've downloaded it to my mbr and I'll try messing around with it and see what I can come up with ... unfortunately I don't suffer from the verbal diarrhea that some other members of this fine society does ;) ... but be patient and who knows ......

This has become a very inspiring and moving piece of music fellas.  Really great job with the mixing Bus, and the idea that got this rolling.  I love stuff like this!!! A bunch of my favorite guitar players all in one song, very cool.  I will have to keep an eye out for the next one of these to get in on it.
