Here comes your man - IanR covers the Pixies

Howdy folks,

I have covered a well known song by the Pixies for the 4AD festival.

I had a lot of fun working out the arrangement. I must have listened to the YouTube clip a hundred times.

I tried my best to fake the Kim Deal backing vox but you know what its like when those high notes come along :-)

Update: I chucked in a new mix to tidy this up a little. I had too much distortion on the bass and I wasn't happy with the levels on the guitar leads. Anyway, I'm a little happier with it (though never completely happy).

Very cool take on this, one of my favorite Pixie tunes. You gave the lead line a little syncopation that I love. Did this tune a few years back and it was fun to do.
