BR1600 - buttons not responding

my guess is you have another button stuck down...or something like that... I work on machines for a living and man alive stuck buttons will kill you... I have been using my 1600 for 10 years...so it is pretty easy to change out the hard drive?

I had the same problem when replacing my hard drive. I found the white pin cable next to the HDD cable was slightly unplugged after swapping HDD. Put in in properly now all buttons are working.
