It's the first time I've saved anything into my 2019 folder in my song filing system, the first finished mp3 file with bass and drums and all.  Yay.

It's my cover of the Beatles song Something.  I transposed it down from C to G for the sake of my vocal chords, and I actually prefer playing it in this key on the uke, which is a bonus.  If I get a moment I'll post a LITLR version like I've been doing with other songs lately.  This version isn't LITLR

1 uke
1 vocal
1 bass (Garageband)
1 drums (GarageBand Drummer)

Loving the uke, I just purchased a new electro uke and having got round to recording it yet, this is inspiring me to get off my big fat ass and do something with it. Bravo.

Very nice Nick! The uke sounds excellent as does your vox. Not an easy song to do but you did it well.

Beautifully done, Nick. Your uke is ringing with bell-like tones, and it sounds just right with the vocals and drums. I loved those little flourishes you added with the uke - very nice attention to detail.
