Still on with my fascination of Vince Clarke and Tim's obsession of all that is filthy from the 80's, here's a cover of Yazoo's 'Don't go' from their first album, Upstairs at Eric's. If you don't have a copy, I'd recommend that you get one.

Tim has done a stunning vocal for this one. Thanks Tim.

Always a pleasure. And there is so much pleasure in primal, dirty synth tones and beats! Perfect track. Moyet is one hell of a singer, so can only do an approximation.

Great cover, chaps.  What synths did you use on this?

Dead good stuff.

Paul

Ticks all the boxes for me and then some, loved it.   Willie

Lads this is great, brilliant work on the synths and the vocals are great too, they put a new spin on it, almost like a Depeche Mode version of the track.

I saw Alison Moyet a few months ago in Dublin... she really can sing that's for sure.

The music and vocals are so very period-authentic sounding. I'm almost ashamed to admit that I don't know original well, although I'm sure I've heard it before. But listening to your version was like taking a step back into time. It's so well-produced!

Well done, guys.
