Wow!  Great melody; familiar yet it stands on its own.

Unfortunately I can relate to the experience (as quite a few others can, I'm sure) of a break-up that catches you off-guard; even though if you had been paying attention to the little things that were happening, you would have realized they were 'foreshadowing' events...     (I tend to make excuses that 'reason out' the foreshadowing until reality slaps me in the face...)

I DO have a question about the phrase 'stopping out':  In America we use the expression 'stepping out'; meaning (usually) someone is going out partying.  Is 'stopping out' a similar phrase? 

Anyway, enjoyed the song; had it on 'Repeat' as I wrote this post.
