John and I prepared for the hurricane here in central Florida by recording for the first time in quite a spell. I hydrated with both Guinness and Oktoberfest. It seemed prudent at the time.

No idea what we have here except for a tip of the hat to a version of "Wounded Souls" James and I did an eon past. Will lower the drums in a future mix if I feel inclined.

Powerful song for a powerful hurricane. Love the song especially the lyrics.  Willie

From one local gigger to another; I'm riding the storm out with you, though I'm on the other side of the state.  From the looks of it we won't be getting the squalls that the east side, and possibly your area, will have to deal with over the next 24 hours..

Great job on this guys.  Obviously you make a brilliant team (along with Forrest as Acoustic Moo) AND seem to be amazing at on-the-fly, spur of the moment recordings.  If you did THIS one at the pub, I bow down to you!!  !@004

I gushed enough on the boot of your 'Crazy Woman' thread, so I'll leave it at that..

Excellent performances guys! Blooby on guitar and John on vocal makes for a good pairing. I really like the chord progression you're using here...well done! Looks like you've escaped the full wrath of Hurricane Dorian and that's good.

Loved this one, the guitar work inparticular is excellent. When the first solo came in at 2:20 ish, I nearly fell off my chair. It really grabs you. But the rest of it is great as well, I really liked the vox and overall production.

Best of luck with the hurricane. Ride it out with beer!

Great to hear another track by you guys... John is on top form on this a really good vocal... love the guitar tone and feel too. Nice laid back track, with bits of spice added, my kind of tune!!
