No,  friends,...you are not mistaken, you are not on the Classical Guitar Forum, but on SC   :) :) :)
I like to do the big musical gap!....and move from San Francisco Bay, Clapton version to Prelude n°4 of the Brazilian composer Villa-Lobos
although it's not the style of the SC house, I hope you'll enjoy it.

Prelude n°4 is a guitar piece written by braziian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos
The piece is subtitled "Homenagem ao indio brasiliero" ( Homage to Brazilian Indian, it is the fourth of the five preludes, written in 1940

only with my Takamine  Hirade classical guitar
maybe recorded too close to the microphone...you can hear a lot of squealing, finger rubbing on the strings :(
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

I like to hear those little noise of fingers on strings, etc. You can actually hear "the playing" and all of the effort, work and heart that goes into the performance. I would say i actually prefer to hear these noises. but a great performance JP. You know we appreciate all musical genres on here JP. Songcrafters has such a wide variety of styles. Oh, and by the way... this piece you have recorded was just fantastic. What a great recording!!

to whom I e-mailed a cover of one of his songs ("Tomorrow at dawn", after a poem by Victor Hugo) answered me yesterday"... you must always try to surpass yourself"
...I will post this song (which is a guitar challenge), as soon as possible ;)
