Like a Hurricane , Neil Young cover

I was inspired by the 1993 live version where Neil Young plays it just by playing it with the harmonium, and the 2012 live version, a little Hispanic (the chord suite lends itself to it since it is the flamenco suite or the Andalusian suite : Am G F E)

so I used a lot of my toys.

- ESTEY harmonium (built in November 1907 Brattleboro, Vermont),,
- LEE OSCAR harmonica
- "Spanish" guitar Takamine HIRADE,
- Stratocaster SQUIER guitar,
- bass with the latest little Uke Bass KALA,

As you know, JP, I don't know many Neil Young songs (because of my "jeunesse"  ). This is great - we have that lovely harmonium sound at the start and then it develops into a very Latin/Spanish feeling. After listening to the original on YT, I think your version is much better !

I have listened to most of your stuff since I have been on the site in August...and I like it but this is way above all the rest to me.....off the charts good....I love the song so that helps but even if I didn't I think your recording and singing on this are fantastic...and it is a big sound palette.....well done!

Thanks Stephen ...but I'm not really a singer (but as you say I like it  ), my voice is limited in range...I camouflage this with fantastic plug ins in my DAW (Reaper).
