«Hold on» Geir & Jarle covers Kansas

We recorded this a couple of weeks ago along with the Jim Reeves song. I wasn't quite happy with the mix until i said fuck it.

Might be a remix some time in the future but for now: This is it.

Both on vocals lead and bg. Jarle on drums, me on guitars and keys; oh and bass.

Fun song and I do think it qualifies for the fest.

Haven't heard this song in quite some time. Cool idea for a cover from a sorely underrated band. I always thought of this as ballady, but this version sounds like a song over an epic war film, especially with that huge lead.

Very enjoyable guys... drums are cool - fab to hear real drums... they give real life to the music. Didn't know the original but great track!

How did I miss this one? Vocals, harmonies, guitars, bass, keys and drums - all sounds fantastic - you guys never hit a wrong note!

Not a song that I knew previously, but my knowledge of the group was essentially whatever they played on FM radio. My uncle was a big fan of Kansas however, and I think he'd have loved this!
