Here is my new song, Everyday Hero.  This one took the last two weeks.  It started as a simple folk song type of thing, but as with all my songs, it evolved, I had no choice but to follow where it went.  I felt pretty inspired with this one, what do you think?  Comments please.

Thanks 48 and thank you Geir.  I am happy with the acoustic also.  It is tricky to get a good acoustic sound for sure, so I am very glad to hear you like it Geir.  The acoustic is my Segull Artist series (lovely acoustic for sure), and I recorded this through my MicroBR with my Roland mini condenser stereo mic.  I  used the microBR like a mic and pre-amp and went from headphones out to Line in on the BR-1200 and recorded into the BR-1200.  It was an experiment and it worked out really great.  My only proper mic that I own is a Shure 58beta, which I used for vocals plugged straight into the BR-1200, but I wanted to use a condenser mic for the acoustic and I realized I have the microBR and the Roland mini conderser mic, perfect.  Thanks for the comments.  I learned a bit of stuff with this one for sure, it was a blast from start to finish.

Geir, as for instrumesnts used: The synth soundeffects is koasillator, cheap casio keyboard for the middle solo part background, Segull acoustic, strat for the solo and clean rhythm parts against the acoustic, Les Paul for the rhythm riff in the solo, Epi Sheraton for the electric rhythm at the end section.  Bass and drums from the BR-1200.
