Another one with my 4 string banjo, recorded LITLR in the car. My Kenny tune was 1980 & this one is 1981, perhaps I'll go through the 80s year by year for this Fest. Hall & Oates is another important group from my past.

Nice reinterpretation. They are a band I've never delved into, but I sure dig a lot of the older stuff that gets played on Live from Daryl's House.

Oddly, you channel Prince right near the end.

Ah yes Hall & Oates......they're one of those bands that did songs I liked and songs I didn't. Although they are very talented. A cool and unique cover of "You Make My Dreams" Hook! It's one of their songs that I like....nice take on it.

Lovely stuff Hook... i don't know the original but you give it that real earthy "Hook" feel. When I hear you, I often think you would be great with your Uke around a campfire on a nice summer night... great stuff!

This is a really nice tune. It really suits the simplicity of vox and banjo

Good job Hook, never really listened to Hall and Oates much but our drummer loved them and wanted the band to do a couple of covers.    Willie
