This is the penultimate track that we have made this visit.

I have been angry for 2 and a half years, tonight we found out that it's been an utter waste of time.

So this is in way of a catharsis. It has a very sweary bit in it, but I just don't fucking care.

Another lump of sugar to make me feel good,
I really shouldn't take it but I know that I would
the devil said to leave it but the devil's no good,
My doctor said to take it and I guess that I should

Make me feel, I wanna live another day,
Keep it real, I know what you're gonna say,
It doesn't really matter if you're getting fatter,
It seems life is passing you by
Don't look over your shoulder,
be a little bolder,
don't let life pass you by.

Another lump of sugar to make me feel good,
I really shouldn't take it but I know that I would
the devil said to leave it but the devil's no good,
My doctor said to take it and I guess that I should

What's the deal? The lunatics are not in charge,
Made to yield, Albion's an empty yard
There's lorries on the M2
Liars on the benches,
Nazi cunts can kiss my arse
Blood pressure on the ceiling
Emotionally reeling
Gonna tear the fuckers down

Another lump of sugar to make me feel good,
I really shouldn't take it but I know that I would
the devil said to leave it but the devil's no good,
My doctor said to take it and I guess that I should

It's been a great weekend - productive and funny and alcoholic. Thanks T.

I dig the fast tempo and the moving bass is quite good. An excellent melody and vocal here. Being in the US I'm not as versed on the subject as you are but I can sense the frustration.  Well done again!

Really nice pop tune. That rumbly bass really propels the song along with the tambourine. I have to ask if the latter was live, a loop, or programmed.

I think I'm going to go to the store down the street and buy a donut now.

The tambourine was actually the hi-hat of my electric kit, played live after the guitar.

It was a bugger to do.

I have some great sounding samples, but boy howdy, they are hard to program. I should just buy one and then cut and paste a good, brief passage.

Sounds great on your tune.

Sounds like the British versions of Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger met in Flash's studio and let it all out! Great "fun" (if that is the right word) and you two were clearly having a blast. I really enjoyed the driving bass here and the vocal performances were great.
