For this sunday, I bring you something somewhat more mellow. Another great guitar piece by Harry Sacksioni www.harrysacksioni.nl.
The song (translated: "because Victor Jara sang") is a protest against Pinochet's junta and the murder of Victor Jara, a protest singer.

This time played on my first guitar, a cheapo '78 Aria "Concert guitar" :) well it sounds much lively-er than the Yamaha silent guitar anyway. Mic'ed  with an old corroded vintage AKG D-12 that I rediscovered in my "gear graveyard"; all it needed was some TLC (and soldering) to bring it back to life.

Yes sir, you are a fabulous guitar player.  I LOVE this.  You have just blown me away SdC with your skill level and feel and touch and technique.  Very, very good.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

Yeah I think the mic is great too ;). It just needs a bit finer EQ than the BR can offer, I now realize.

Yeah it is; very difficult fingerings, and the emphasis shifts beats in the melody.  I had been playing it for years without metronome and it had gotten real sloppy. Taking my current recording frenzie as opportunity to sharpen it all up a bit again.

But I  still find playing a really cool smokin' blues the hardest thing there is.
