Very stark, just a harmonica with a drone from a shruti box.

The tune is named after the North York Moors, a UK National Park near where I live.

This is great Geoff and lovely to see you back on the site.

I can almost hear it as a round and would love to see some lyrics with it.

Fantastic performance on the harmonica Geoff! Just your harp and the droning sound...no place to hide behind any backing tracks......I'm impressed. This would make a cool sound track to a documentary film such as Ken Burns makes.

Thanks for your comments.

Yes the moors are beautiful, especially in the autumn when the heather is in bloom.

Very nice indeed. Beautifully played and I can only agree it's got a haunting feel to it.
