A little of a gear-lust journey on this.  Have been looking at the Styrmon El Capistan (again). However Kemper have released a whole new set of delays as part of the free upgrade, with a reverb one coming soon - and the Kemper community are making noises around trading in their Strymon gear as they think that the new models are equivalent. I think the Kemper is a massive DSP process, so its all down to the algorithms. However, its all very confusing - particularly when you want to buy some new gear! Anyway, decided to play wth the delays on the kemper, and this is the net result.

Added to this, I played with S/PDif out (digital in/out rather than analog) from the Kemper for the first time, digital into the BR1600. Its sounds pretty good I think, as it avoids the preamps and D/A conversions in the BR1600. The BR1600 works okay with this, you do get an occasional glitch though as I think that the Boss is a little underpowered processing wise, so every now and then it gets it knickers in a twist, and get a re-sync message and everything stops. However, I changed the cable and its better now.

Oh, I also tried my hand at some three part harmony. Man, that was tough - and a bit dodgy pitch wise. I'll have to get me one of those auto-tune boxes :-)

Anyway - here it is ...

What a ride! Loved it Bruno. So clean and clear a mix with great separation. Killer crunchy tone guitar..and then there's the neat trem guitar part...and that pseudo funky bass was ace! All stirred together in an intoxicating moonlight midnight brew...
Does the kemper cook breakfast too? What a unit. Did i mention that your playing was creative and well done? Well, it is.
Kudos on this one Bruno!   8)

I can't even believe how awesome this is! Such clean harmonics, just blows me away. It would take me a while to describe everything that moved me while listening. But I will have to say in Soup Nazi terms "No auto tuner for you!" Just sing it, you're good!
