A tiny little smudge

Not sure I get the full subtlety of the lyrics but I loved the performance. Your vocals come across really well and they always combine so well with the uke. You got me thinking about the lyrics, which is definitely a good thing......

Yep - I don't think I quite hit the mark with it

In my mind -

He's left her in a hurry and he couldn't be bothered to take the old jumper. She's sat on the floor crying in the kitchen and eating icecream (straight from the tub) and is wearing his jumper because it still smells of him and she wants to be close to him and now she's spilt the icecream on his jumper because she's clumsy and messy.

Now it's a blue jumper, with the hole in the sleeve and a smudge of icecream on the front . . .

With you now!  I got the feeling you were creating but the tiny little smudge part was just a bit too subtle for this poor old brain.
