Chores done early and a little cooler so, hope you enjoy.     Willie

Don't you try to fool me
Do I look that green
Is it that hard to tell me
Tell me where you've been

All my friends are laughing
What a tragic scene
But But But But they all call you
The shadow of the Moidnight Queen

You leave me in and lonely
You leave me on my own
You throw me crumbs of comfort
Like a dog without a bone

All my friends are laughing
What a tragic scene
But But But But they all call you
The shadow of the Moidnight Queen

Instrumental

All my friends are laughing
What a tragic scene
But But But But they all call you
The shadow of the Moidnight Queen

Gonna give you one more chance
Stay at home tonight
Stay in and keep me warm
Stay and make it right

All my friends are laughing
What a tragic scene
But But But But they all call you
The shadow of the Moidnight Queen

Hi, I used a Rickenbacker 330 twelve string for the rythmn tracks and a PRS SE 24 Custom for the lead work. The PRS was put through a Fender Mustang modelling amp and then into a BR900CD with no added tone. The drums were from the BR900CD pretty basic but ok. The song was mixed in the BR900CD and then exported into GarageBand for getting the beginning and end cleaner also a little further tinkering with the overall sound, reverb, compression, noise gate etc. The strings towards the end were also courtesy of GarageBand. That and a bit of luck. Hope that explains the sound on this one.  Regards Willie

Quality instruments never seen a twelve string Rickenbacker will need to check it out, bought a new amp at christmas time tried the fender mustang but opted for a Vox ac10 was really after a valve sound.
Thanks for the run down, still enjoyed the tune!

Willie, this is epic! Such fantastic guitar tones and great riffs. You're on fire with this one, not sure about it being cooler, it's a really good listen. You've placed the vocals really well.

Fantastic guitar intro Willie! The PRS and the Mustang combo works great together. Even though it's your signature sound, I'm getting a strong Tom Petty vibe from this and I like it. Did you mic the amp or just use the direct out? I have a Mustang 20 watt, you've given me some inspiration to fire it up again. Nice one Willie!
