Had a marathon at work last night, typical for a last shift before my holidays. Off to Kos tomorrow.

Apologies to folk that have sent me stuff to work on, not had the time, will try when i can.

anyway back to this one.

i had a ton of lyrics written for this one, inspired by thon numpty rewriting the history of the 1980s on BBC4. obviously he was still in his nappies when the eighties occurred, anyway I am ranting now.

Lyric got chopped to bits and now i don't know what it's about, send answers on a postcard.

It is what it is and i need a holiday.

I have been angry since June 2016. I wake up angry, I'm short tempered and irritated throughout the day and I go to sleep angry. It's this post-truth era we live in, where facts and truth are ignored and populist opinions and 'the way we feel' are what decisions are based upon by those who ignore truth and fact that affect all of our lives.
My opinion is that vaccines work, that there are no chemtrails, that the earth is approximately spherical, we evolved alongside monkeys, fluoride prevents tooth decay, tin-foil hat wearers ought not to be in positions of influence or authority. I don't want to rule the world, I just want those who do to do so for the benefit of us all, not just their mates and themselves.


You've encapsulated that here James, I would have set the lyrics to thrash metal and delivered it via a four inch shell, but yours is effective.

Yeh cool tune james,nice lyrics,thought provoking.
I'm with flash ,I really can't get my head around how easy a population is manipulated so easily.

The winners usually get interviewed after the game and get analyse the outcome. In reality, they are usually just as bewildered as the rest of us.

Another insightful and well presented song from you James. I empathise with needing a holiday. Work and other things are a real barrier to spending time on music. There should be work exemptions provided to "creatives", so that we can sit around all day coming up with music to motivate the "workers"
