Inspired by Scotland's recent heatwave and today's torrential downpour with hailstones the size of golf balls.

I intend to redo the vocals as they where recorded in a very noisy environment, plus i want to add some juno di and bass guitar.

anyway it is what it is.
The clouds crashed in the sky
They struck like dynamite
The rain came pouring down
Bounced right back off the ground
Just yonder smiled the sun
Hey I won't be gone for long
You all needed cooling down
It's always calm before a storm
The rain made so much noise
Threw hailstones to avoid
Like needles on our skin
Everybody get back in
Just yonder smiled the sun
Hey I won't be gone for long
You all needed cooling down
It's always calm before a storm
Threw my blankets to the ground
Couldn't sleep was way too warm
Praise the rain and praise the storm
We all needed cooling down

Very catchy tune, and it fits perfect ~~~ have similar experiences in midwest USA - we can go from hot weather to severe thunderstorms carrying hail in minutes.  For us you can usually tell by the blue-green tint below the dark clouds, and hail follows... excellent groove!

I love this! Catchy tune and refreshing like a summer storm :) . Well done, James!

Sounds good! I like that two voices. High and low. It´s been month without rain in Finland. Not good.
