I can hear a bit of Peter Gabriel as well (re: Kenneth) but it's not a strong influence. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with Can, but I can say *cough cough* that I am enjoying the listen. It's very emotive with the sparse arrangement featuring the rhythm the way it does. I think you've got a winner.

Really like the drums on this: insistent and hypnotic. They underpin the dreamy guitars and vocal really well. The mystery-laden lyrics are great too. Lovely stuff!
